Research Experience

Dr. Yadav is presently involved in research on insect and mite pest management in grapes. In M.Sc. he worked on management of brinjal shoot and fruit borer. In Ph.D. he worked on simulation of planthopper damage in rice and its GIS-based agro-ecological zoning.

Awards and Scholarship

Dr. Yadav has got following awards and scholarships

1.   Award of Gold Medal and Merit Scholar in M.Sc. by Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner.

2.   Merit Scholarship during M.Sc. (2001-2003) from Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner.

3.   IARI senior research fellowship during Ph.D. at Division of Entomology, IARI, New Delhi.

4.   Qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) and Agricultural Research Service (ARS) examination (2006), in the discipline of Agricultural Entomology, conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB), New Delhi.
